primary group vs. vlastnictvi vytvorenych souboru

> ls -ld tmp
drwxrwxrwt  3 root  wheel  512 Aug 16 03:02 tmp


Zrejme proto se to pokazde chova jinak.

$ touch new
$ ls -l new
-rw-r--r--  1 hans  wheel  0 Aug 16 11:45 new

Pokud to spravne chapu, patri ten nove vytvoreny soubor stejne grupe,
ktera vlastni ten adresar, ve kterem byl soubor vytvoren. (Narozdil
treba od debianu:
http://lists.debian.org/debian-user/2000/02/msg01465.html).

Proc je to tak? Ma to nejaky bezpectnostni vyznam?
