primary group vs. vlastnictvi vytvorenych souboru

$ id
uid=1001(hans) gid=1001(hans) groups=1001(hans), 0(wheel)
$ umask
0022

$ pwd
/home/hans

$ touch new
$ ls -l new
-rw-r--r--  1 hans  hans   0 Aug 16 11:45 new

$ cd /tmp
$ touch new
$ ls -l new
-rw-r--r--  1 hans  wheel  0 Aug 16 11:45 new

Pokud to spravne chapu, patri ten nove vytvoreny soubor stejne grupe, ktera
vlastni ten adresar, ve kterem byl soubor vytvoren. (Narozdil treba od debianu:
http://lists.debian.org/debian-user/2000/02/msg01465.html).

Proc je to tak? Ma to nejaky bezpectnostni vyznam?
