Cestina v X na FreeBSD 5.1

Zdravim,

mam trochu problem rozchodit ceskou klavesnici v X na 5.1.
Snazil jsem se vicemene postupovat podle navodu na freebsd.cz,
ale porad mi to nejak nechodi.

Locales mam nastaveny dobre (LANG i LC_CTYPE na cs_CZ.ISO8859-2).

Symptomy:
V rxvt, xtermu i mozille funguji z horni rady klaves pouze
znaky s hackem (tj. klavesy 2-6), ostatni generuji ruzny bordel.

Zajimave je, ze pri prepnuti mapy pomoci "setxkbmap -layout cz"
vse funguje normalne. Pripada mi to ale trochu nepohodlne
a radsi bych prepinal mapu klavesovou zkratkou.

Projevovalo se to jak v 5.1 RELEASE, tak nyni po upgradu
na RELENG_5_1 z minuleho tydne.

Pouzivam WindowMaker, ale tady bych nejakou souvislost nehledal.

Setkal jste se nekdo s podobnym chovanim?
