/usr/local/sbin/squid -v

Vec druha a sice "file table is full" suvisi s vlastnostou UFS na BSD like a
sice:

"sysctl kern.maxfiles" will print the size of the file table. You can
raise this at runtime by running "sysctl -w kern.maxfiles=10000" or
whatever you want. You will probably want to recompile your kernel
with a higher "maxusers" value, though (try using double the current
value). "maxusers" affects some other variables that need to be raised
for machines used as server.

tejto verzii neexistujuca premenna :))) a ani MAXUSERS lebo 2.2.1
experimenty s tymto parametrom kernelu moc dobre neznasa (nas prvy irc
server bezal 2.2.1 a skoro sme to vzdali). Moj osobny nazor je, ze najlepsie
je zobrat bootovacku r.2.2.8-STABLE
(ftp.%KRAJINA%.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/floppies) a urobit UPGRADE
instalaciu.
single a mount -rw / ; passwd root)

toto znamena jedinu vec nie uplne vystizne opisanu tymto error message.
bud prelinkujte symlinkami cim odlahcite pretazeny UFS (moooooooc zdlhave)
