  -t /var/named -u bind
Tyto parametry mu rikaji, ze se ma chrootnout do /var/named a bezet pod 
uzivatelem bind.

> config je taky na spravnym miste se stejnymi pravy jako log soubor.

Takze pokud nekam ma named zapisovat, musi mit pravo zapisu uzivatel bind.
