Instalace pear neuspesna - mkdir /tmp failed ?!

Ahoj,

neviem cim to je, ale nainstalovat pear z portov sa mi nijak nedari, 
vzdy to vytuhne na mkdir /tmp (no to fakt nechapem preco to chce 
vytvarat adresar, ktory je standardne by default uz v systeme...)

Any ideas?
