myslite ze je nezbytne aby mel crontab v PATH /etc, dokonce na prvnim 
miste?

potom kazdy kdo ma povoleno zapsat do /etc (jasne vetsinou jen root, ale 
muze to z urcitych duvodu povolit i cele skupine wheel nebo tak neco) 
muze spustit libovolnej prikaz jako root
