     o   A line starting with a (``#'') character is treated as a
     comment line.  Leading whitespace are ignored when
     identifying comment lines.

     o   An inclusion is a line beginning with the word
     `!include'.  It must have one argument - the file to include.
     You may wish to ``!include ~/.ppp.conf'' for compatibility
     with older versions of ppp.

     o   A label name starts in the first column and is followed
     by a colon (``:'').

     o   A command line must contain a space or tab in the first
     column.
