XI-626 wireless PCI card a wi-fi obecne

Ahoj lidicky

Mam zajimavy problem se $subj kartou. Mam jadro (4.8 RELEASE) prelozene s
wi(4) driverem a  zda se, ze se natahne v pohode. Mohu si ji nastavovat 
pomoci
ifconfigu a wicontrolu a zda se, ze je vsechno v pohode. Podrobnosti o 
zarizeni
viz DODATEK na konci.
Jedina jeji chybka je, ze se nedokaze spojit se svym "kolegou" Intel 
PRO/Wireless
LAN 2100 3A mini PCI, ktery bezi pod okny 2000 ku plne spokolenosti = 
spoji se
s jinymi wi-fi zarizenimi, at uz jako klient nebo peer-to-peer (ad-hoc). 
Ukazatel
kvality signalu na Intelu ukazuje plny signal (vzdalenost stroju 2 metry 
- primo).
IP, mask a spol mam nastaveno korektne, ale proste si nepingnu ani z XI626
na Intel2100 a ani z Intel2100 na XI.

Pravda je, ze jsem zatim zkousel proti sobe jenom tyto 2 zarizeni. 
Skoda, ze toho
Intela2100 nejsem schopen rozebehnout pod BSD, protoze je to:

Otazka 1:
Neporadil by nekdo znaly problematiky, kde hledat chybu (zda u XI nebo u 
Intela)?
Cim by mohlo byt, ze si na sebe nepingnou?

Otazka 2:
Take me zarazilo, ze wicontrol -i wi0 -C u xi626 mi nevyhodi zadny 
result. Je to normalni?

Kazdopadne se mi zda, ze ve FreeBSD 4.8 utilita wicontrol nejak blbne.
Beham normalne Orinoco (Avaya) na ISA-PCMCIA Vadem VG-469 bridgi ku plne
spokojenosti a ve verzi 4.7 se mi zobrazoval s parametrem -C krasny 
vystup primo

Po upgrade na 4.8 se objevuji i informace, ktere podle me nemaji ve vystupu

Jedine wi-fi zarizeni je [5/5]. Ostatni jsou ethernet sitovky.

Otazka 3:
Mate nekdo podobnou zkusenost, ze se pri wicontrol -C objevuji i ne-wifi 
karty?
Je to feature, nebo bug?
Prelouskl jsem wicontrol(8), ale odpoved jsem nenasel.

Omlouvam se za tak dlouhy mail, ale chtel jsem, aby byl dostatek informaci.

Predem dekuji za zodpovezeni jakekoli otazky.
